From Curiosity to Confidence

Some people find creative agencies intimidating—Hafizuddin Junaidi saw opportunity. As a Business Management student at IBTE, he was always curious about how businesses grow, and more importantly, why they grow the way they do.
So when he saw AICREATIVV, a creative company known for its bold ideas and collaborative culture, it felt like the right place to test his interest in business and finance in the real world.
“I was drawn to AICREATIVV because it felt like a chance to grow in a creative environment,” Hafizuddin shared.“The forward-thinking approach really aligned with my passion for business.”
For him, finance isn’t just about spreadsheets. It’s about shaping how a company functions—from the decisions behind each project to the leadership that drives it forward. That was the spark that led him to want more than just theory—he wanted to experience the business engine of creativity.

The Real-World Test
At AICREATIVV, Hafizuddin was most excited to meet new people and see how his classroom knowledge could evolve in a dynamic work setting.
“This is where I can grow both personally and professionally,” he said.
More than anything, he was eager to challenge himself. Every interaction—whether with mentors, fellow interns, or different departments—became a chance to ask questions, learn new perspectives, and practice soft skills like communication and collaboration.

“I really look forward to sharpening my finance skills and learning how to apply them practically,” he added.“This internship is a space for me to connect what I’ve studied with what businesses actually need.”
Stepping Outside the Comfort Zone
Beyond the numbers and technical tasks, what Hafizuddin truly hopes to gain is mindset growth.
“Confidence, adaptability, and the courage to step out of my comfort zone—that’s what I’m working on,” he said.

He sees this internship as more than a temporary role. It’s a launchpad—to learn how to solve real-world problems, work with people from different creative backgrounds, and develop the kind of thinking that will serve him far beyond school or work.
It’s a personal challenge to grow into the kind of professional who’s not only competent in business—but also creative in how he approaches it.
