Meet Putra Nazirul

For Putra Nazirul, it was never just about studying business. Sure, he was a student at IBTE Business Campus, but behind the textbooks and group assignments, something else had been quietly brewing—a deep-rooted love for videography and photography.
“I applied for an internship at AICREATIVV because I enjoy filming and photography,” he shared.“It felt like the perfect place to grow in cinematography and editing, and be part of a team that breathes creativity.”

That passion wasn’t a sudden decision—it started way back in secondary school.Self-taught and curious, Putra spent his free time learning how to shoot and cut videos, experimenting with different apps and styles.
“Videography lets me tell stories in my own way,” he said.“And I’ve always loved every step of the process—from capturing shots to stitching them together.”
Growth Behind the Camera
Out of all the things he’s experienced during his internship, one moment stands out:

“Getting to work with the media team on real projects and actually using expensive camera gear? That was such a memorable part. It gave me this extra push to refine my skills and stay committed to improving.”

But what Putra values even more than gear or technique is what happens behind the scenes.
“I want to walk away from this internship with more than just technical knowledge,” he explained.“I want to learn how to communicate better, how to collaborate as a team, how to solve problems when things don’t go as planned.”
Beyond the cameras and software, he’s learning how to think like a storyteller—one who not only captures great visuals but also knows how to connect them meaningfully.

With every project, every edit, and every challenge, Putra is shaping his vision and sharpening his creative voice.
“This whole experience is helping me build the confidence I need to keep going in this field.I feel more prepared now—for whatever comes next in the media world.”
