Which Terms Apply to My Project?

Whichever version of our Terms & Conditions that are live and coincides with your signed Quotation will be the terms that travel with your project until it's done. Newer versions of the Terms & Conditions will only apply to projects that take place after the new version of term's effective date.  ​

How Updates Work

  • Updates do not change a project that is already ongoing.

  • They apply going forward to new Quotes, renewals, change orders, and new phases not yet scoped or accepted.
