Kontena Park Cycle 6

2024

Corporate

A Launchpad for Aspiring Businesses

Kontena Park is more than just a food court—it’s a dynamic platform where aspiring F&B entrepreneurs can test, refine, and grow their businesses before venturing into the real market. With each cycle, new businesses join the ecosystem, receiving not just a space to operate, but also hands-on training and mentorship.

Now in its 6th cycle, Kontena Park continues to empower small businesses, providing them with the confidence, knowledge, and real-world experience needed to transition successfully into the industry. AICREATIVV, a creative agency in Brunei, was brought in to develop a strategic branding and marketing approach that amplifies Kontena Park’s role as a business incubator for F&B startups.

"Kontena Park continues to empower small businesses, providing them with the confidence, knowledge, and real-world experience."

Redefining Growth Through Storytelling

This year, Kontena Park sought to reignite its presence and inspire a new generation of business owners. The goal was to encourage more entrepreneurs to sign up, boost their confidence, and equip them with real-world skills. More than just a platform, KP wanted to shift public perception—moving beyond the idea of a "food court" to solidify its role as a business incubator.

However, visibility posed a challenge. Due to its location, attracting foot traffic was becoming increasingly difficult, and the initial viral buzz surrounding KP had faded. The solution? Make it loud again. This meant repositioning KP as an essential stepping stone for businesses, not just a temporary space. Through social media marketing in Brunei, AICREATIVV developed a content strategy that focused on real-life business stories rather than just promotions.

Designing for Impact

To revamp the brand’s impact, AICREATIVV shifted the focus from simple product showcases to storytelling—highlighting the journeys of the business owners behind each stall. Instead of just promoting the food, we shared the struggles, resilience, and successes of the entrepreneurs, making their experiences relatable and inspiring to the public.

The isometric squares serve as a motif throughout the branding—an extension of the name "Kontena," giving the design a structured yet dynamic feel. Cubes were incorporated as a visual trademark, transforming the name from just a concept into a recognizable identity. Additionally, we embraced textures like concrete and wood, drawing inspiration from KP’s physical environment to seamlessly integrate the brand’s visuals with its real-world setting. By combining these elements with a targeted social media marketing strategy in Brunei, AICREATIVV helped KP regain visibility and engagement within the local community.

Bringing Kontena Park Back to the Spotlight

Kontena Park’s 6th cycle marks an exciting evolution, not just for the businesses within it but for the brand itself. By embracing storytelling, strong visual identity, and a renewed focus on entrepreneurship, KP is reclaiming its presence as a launchpad for success.

AICREATIVV continues to push the boundaries of creative agency work in Brunei, demonstrating how strategic branding and digital storytelling can elevate a business’s impact. The message is clear—Brunei’s local businesses are thriving, and it all starts here. With continued efforts to refine its branding and outreach, KP is set to empower even more aspiring entrepreneurs in the years to come.
