Description
This journal-style poetry book is a quiet archive of self-reflection, womanhood, and emotional becoming. Written in moments of overwhelm and softness, the poems unfold like quiet letters— to the girl she once was, the woman she is still becoming, and to anyone who has ever felt too much. This project is something special, I hold closely dearly to my heart. It was created as part of my final year project, this book serves as a companion to my 4 embroidery panel designs— translating stitched emotions into words.
Originally presented during the KIGS Reverie Exhibition 2025, I’ve included one photocard of the four embroidery designs inside the book, as a small, intimate way to experience the visuals and the emotions behind them.
With 85 raw and honest pieces, this collection is not about being a writer— it is about telling the truth as it was felt: unfiltered, gentle, and real.
